After being Facebook friends for years but finally meeting in person in a tiny coffee shop in Caldas da Raina, Portugal, we bonded deeply over a shared connection to the word Tinogona. If you had to translate the word, it means “it is achievable”.
We were two entrepreneurs from vastly different backgrounds who started from scratch. In parallel journeys, we both went through the self-sabotage, did the whole learning from ‘trial and error’ thing and have been ‘wearing the t-shirts’ as they say.
One Sunday after ripping each others’ current businesses apart and restructuring to create even more spaciousness and freedom, one of us said “These conversations we’re having are high-level million-dollar conversations, we should share this with others.”
Nothing happened immediately but the elephant appeared in the corner of the room.
We’ve both sat at the tables of gurus, invested in the masterminds, and in the coaching programs and quite frankly we share a frustration with all the fluff out there. We do believe in the power of a community, where we get to cook up motivation, and inspiration, and get into action.
There’s an old African proverb that says if you want to go fast go alone but if you want to go far, go together. Our philosophy that we’re better together was the catalyst for Business Unfiltered.
We’re not creating another online course, an expensive group coaching program. As you work your way through the different stages of the business, we want to be there to give you unfettered, unconstrained, unbiased and maybe unconventional insights, advice and strategies. I’m Niki, my unconventional journey in business has been fuelled by creating meaningful connections, success and a vision for freedom.
Three successful businesses from scratch later, I have mastered organic marketing and growth. As a certified coach, I dedicate my work to guiding entrepreneurs through the digital landscape in an unfiltered way, holding nothing back to empower them to pursue their own version of freedom.
Sian Lenegan
I’m Sian, I’ve been obsessed with business forever. More specifically, I’m insatiably curious about why some businesses are phenomenally successful and others struggle.
My curiosity has led me on a 20-year journey through an MBA, completing the Goldman Sachs 10ksb program, and my own six-figure profit digital agency, a consultant and coach to Forbes, on the executive board of Fast Co and creating the Growth Code®.

We have a 14-Day Refund Policy. You have to take enough risks in life, this shouldn't feel like one. Try Business Unfiltered for 14 days, if you really feel it's not the space and place for you, cancel and we'll refund you.

How much does Business Unfiltered cost?
It's a monthly cost of $99 or you can pay in full $997 for 12 months to make a little saving and get a bonus 30 minute strategy call with Niki or Sian.
Can I cancel?
In the event that you wish to cancel a monthly payment plan, please email [email protected] stating that you wish to cancel. Your billing and access will cancel at the end of that monthly billing period; you will not receive a pro-rata refund. We require 7 days notice to cancel.
